SSAA Hay hosted the 5th round of the NSW State 5 Stand selection shoots on the weekend 29/30 March. 33 Shooters travelled from Griffith, Forbes, Canberra, Bermaguii.  Range setters for the weekend were Greg Allen, Frank Tagliapetria & Darren Macartney of range 1 and Simon Gee & Peter Jacka on range 2, sponsor for the day was Redneck Shootin’ Supplies.

Shooters travelled from Swan Hill, Narrandera, Griffith, Echuca, Coleambally & Balranald to compete in the annual Golden Fleece event.  Chris Charleson was the winner at the end of the days shooting with a score of 80/100.  The day was sponsored by Jacka Excavator & Truck Hire.  The kitchen was run by Sara & Maddie, range setters were Peter Jacka, Greg Allen & Tony Aldred.  Thanks to everyone for a speedy pack up at end of the day.
