Locals do well at State Titles

Congratulations to our local members on bring home the goodies from the SSAA (NSW) 5-Stand State Titles held at Majura Park, Canberra this weekend.
SSAA (NSW) State Titles High Gun winner: Darren Macartney 179/200, an awesome effort over 2 challenging ranges, with an average score of 22.375 targets per round of 25.
Peter Jacka brought home the Bronze with 3rd place in “A” grade 137.
SSAA (NSW) 5-Stand Junior Champion for the second year is Mikayla Macartney with a score of 140, Mikayla has been rewarded for her hard work and consistent shooting and will be one to look out for on the shooting circuit.
SSAA (NSW) 5-Stand Ladies Champion is Jan Jacka with a score of 138. Jan was able to keep it together considering that she packed the wrong shotgun, so I think she will be using this one at the Nationals instead of her new one.

And ex local Mark Constable who shot his first State Titles can home with the SSAA (NSW) 5-Stand Championship, well done Mark.

Hope to see you all at the SSAA 5-Stand National0Y7A0340s on 30th & 31st July.

High Gun Winner Darren Macartney with NSW Discipline Chairman Greg Allen & Dave Whiteman of MPGC
